For many years, we have implemented technical interfaces and custom web solutions for large companies. These include integrations with retail partners such as Tchibo, Galeria Kaufhof, XXXLutz, Netto, Amazon Vendor, Digitec Galaxus, formerly Neckermann and many others. The focus was almost always on individual solutions and on extending existing ERP systems.

Recently, requests for websites for tradespeople and smaller businesses have grown noticeably in our support. For this reason, we have decided to add professional websites permanently to our range – with one clear principle: costs must be predictable.

Why fixed prices instead of hourly billing

Agencies usually bill a website based on the effort involved. Hourly rates of around 100 € net are common, and for a standard website you quickly reach 5.000 to 10.000 €. A simple online shop with a few adjustments can even come to 60.000 €.

For small businesses this is neither affordable nor predictable as long as billing is by the hour. That is why we offer two standard packages at a fixed price. You know exactly what you get and you know the price.

Package 1: website at a fixed price

1.490 € net plus VAT for a website with up to 5 subpages – for example Home, Services, About us and Contact.

Here is how it works:

  • Consultation: First we record your wishes. What exactly do you have in mind? Specific colours, a particular look, which pages, do you already have images and texts for content such as "About us"?
  • Down payment: We take a down payment of 500 € net plus VAT. The remaining amount is due before handover of the finished pages.
  • Design proposals: We create up to 3 design proposals, from which you choose one.
  • Implementation: We build the pages and make sure they are created in an SEO- and GDPR-compliant way. If you have an analytics account, we are happy to integrate it and prepare the matching privacy policy. Please have this validated externally by a lawyer. We work conscientiously, but we cannot provide legal advice. The privacy policy must be adapted to your circumstances (for example web space, host, log files, etc.). The relevant passages in the text are prepared and marked. It is also important that the website is displayed just as well on phones as on a PC. This is essential today. Alongside being found via search engines, it is a very important point.
  • Acceptance and handover: The finished website is first presented to you only. After acceptance, the remaining amount is due and you receive all source files of the website. From that moment the website belongs to you. You can upload it to your own web space and your own domain – or you give us the access data and we take care of it for you.
  • Duration: From the initial consultation to the live site, expect roughly 2 weeks. This naturally depends on whether corrections are still needed, whether you supply texts and images, and how quickly everything moves.

Later change requests you handle yourself or commission us for individually. We then bill these based on the effort involved.

Package 2: website on a monthly rental model

99 € net per month plus VAT, with a fixed term of 2 years. After that, the contract renews monthly unless you cancel.

It includes the same services as the fixed price. In addition:

  • Desired domain: We reserve your desired domain (.de, .com, .net, .org, .eu), if it does not exist yet.
  • Hosting: We host the site on our servers. In this model you do not receive FTP access to the server; the site, and the domain if registered through us, remain with us for the term.
  • Existing domain: If you already have a domain, we only take over the hosting. To do so, you enter a corresponding DNS record at your domain.
  • Email: Email accounts are not included. If you want to use the domain for sending email, a suitable DNS record can be set to your email provider. We recommend from the start that you register the domain yourself, activate mailboxes at the provider, and simply set a DNS record pointing to us for the website. We explain exactly how this works and help you.
  • Maintenance: We handle up to 2 changes to text and images per month, if needed.

Your advantage: you do not have to pay everything at once. After 2 years, the website including the domain belongs to you and is fully handed over on request. You can then continue hosting it with us under different conditions or have it moved to another provider.

Which package suits you?

Both packages result in a professional, individually designed website. The fixed price suits you if you want to own the site directly and host it yourself. The monthly model suits you if you want to spread the cost and do not want to take care of domain and hosting yourself.

Do you need a shop or a website with additional functions?

We can also build a complete website according to your ideas, with connectors to other systems, shops and individual functions. However, this cannot be covered by a flat price. We are happy to record your requirements and provide you with an individual offer.

Do you need a mobile app for Android or iOS?

That is possible too. We handle the implementation and hand over the finished APK or IPA. On request, we deploy to the Google Play or Apple App Store.
