Our Cloud Office is now available as an iOS app in the Apple App Store. After the Android version, the mobile app for the office1.cloud platform is now available for iPhone and iPad as well.
PepperTools Cloud Office is the mobile companion app for the office1.cloud accounting and management platform. It is designed for freelancers and small businesses in the field who want their business data available during customer appointments.
Tools for working on the go
The app keeps your master data with you: customers, suppliers and items from your office1.cloud account can be viewed on the go. The document overview shows quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes and partial invoices at a glance.
CRM activities can be recorded directly at the customer, such as notes, conversation results and follow-up tasks. For planned follow-ups the app sends a reminder so that nothing is forgotten.
Secure and multilingual
Access is protected by two-factor authentication, data transmission is encrypted and strict tenant separation is maintained. The app is available in German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian and Turkish. An active subscription on office1.cloud is required for use.
