Withdrawal Information – Crumb Counter Premium

1. Who this information applies to

This information is intended for consumers who have a statutory right of withdrawal under German law or other law of the European Union or European Economic Area.

Crumb Counter Premium subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The entity acting as contracting party or payment provider for your specific purchase is identified in the checkout, invoice or order confirmation. For prompt assignment, you can submit the request through the store identified there. You may also contact support@peppertools.de; approved refunds for Google Play purchases are processed through Google Play, while Apple handles refunds for Apple purchases.

2. Right of withdrawal

For a distance contract, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days after the contract is made. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to the responsible contracting party before the period expires.

For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may end early if all statutory requirements are met. These include, in particular, your express consent to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires, your acknowledgement that this may cause the loss of the right of withdrawal, and the required contract confirmation. Different rules and, where applicable, proportionate payment may apply to digital services. The legal classification, declarations in the store checkout and the law applicable to you determine the outcome.

Statutory rights concerning defective, unavailable or non-conforming digital products remain unaffected.

4. Purchases through Google Play

For a purchase billed by Google Play, you can request withdrawal or a refund through Google Play:

PepperTools reviews direct refund requests sent to support@peppertools.de under this published policy and applicable law. A refund is provided in particular where required by law or where a paid service was defective, unavailable or not provided as described. Outside statutory rights and the store’s refund rules, non-use, a change of mind or cancellation after a billing period has begun does not by itself generally create a right to a refund. PepperTools may voluntarily grant a full or partial refund in a justified individual case without creating an entitlement for future cases. An approved Google Play refund is issued through Google Play.

5. Free ten-day access

The one-time ten-day Premium access is provided without payment details and without a store transaction. It is not a paid subscription, ends automatically and does not need to be withdrawn from or cancelled. A payment obligation arises only if you later choose a subscription and confirm the purchase in the store.

6. Model withdrawal statement

You may use the following statement, although use of this form is not mandatory. Send it to the contracting party identified on the purchase receipt:

7. Withdrawal, cancellation and account deletion are different

Withdrawal concerns a purchase already made and may result in a refund.
Cancellation generally prevents only future subscription renewals.
Account deletion removes the Crumb Counter account but does not terminate an Apple or Google Play subscription.

If you do not want another charge, cancel the subscription separately through the relevant store.
