In May 2026 our Business Cloud went live. The platform is powered by Easy Invoice from PepperTools – cloud office software for invoices, quotes, delivery notes, and customer and product management. It is hosted in Germany and available in nine languages.

The launch lays the foundation. Over the coming weeks and months we are focusing on the topics that make the biggest difference in our customers’ day-to-day work: even more integrations with external systems and a significantly expanded feature set in the mobile app.

What Business Cloud already does

Easy Invoice covers the entire document workflow: quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices, **progress invoices**, incoming invoices, dunning, plus XRechnung and ZUGFeRD PDFs. The progress invoice in particular was one of the most requested features and has been available since launch. Add to that customer and product master data, an integrated DMS for documents and attachments, multi-user operation with roles and audit log, and flexible exports to Excel and CSV.

The interface and the documents it produces are available in **nine languages** – Deutsch, English, Español, Français, Italiano, Nederlands, Polski, Русский and Türkçe. That makes the platform a fit for both local businesses and internationally oriented teams.

A strong focus is on connecting external systems. Already integrated are Shopware 6, eBay, JTL-Shop (from version 5.7 with its own plugin), WooCommerce, modified eCommerce and PrestaShop. Etsy, Shopify and the TikTok Shop are currently going through the approval process of the respective platforms.

We also want the cloud to be available on your phone. Easy Invoice is mobile-ready for Android and iOS – with access to master data, CRM features, tasks and the most important documents. Expanding mobile functionality is a key priority over the coming weeks.

Switching from the desktop software: legacy data without friction

If you have been using the classic Easy Invoice desktop software, moving to the cloud does not mean starting from scratch. A dedicated **legacy data import** transfers your existing data into office1.cloud – including **customer data**, **incoming invoices** and **outgoing invoices**. History and document numbers are preserved, so you can continue working seamlessly in the cloud.

Roadmap: focus for the months ahead

Expanding integrations

The main focus is on expanding connections to external systems. The plan includes additional **shop integrations**, so that even more orders flow automatically into Easy Invoice and are turned into clean documents there.

In parallel, we are working on a **dedicated EDI interface** for the standardised exchange of business documents – a step that noticeably reduces manual effort, especially for companies with larger B2B customers.

We are also expanding connections to **shipping and logistics providers**, starting with DHL. The goal is to map the path from order to shipping label without any media breaks inside the platform.

The mobile app becomes a fully fledged workspace

The Easy Invoice app for Android and iOS will gain considerably more functionality in upcoming releases. One concrete focus: **capturing working time directly at the customer site**. Recorded hours are then automatically converted in the portal into invoices using stored hourly rates – no separate time sheets, no retyping.

Further mobile features will follow step by step, so the app evolves from a quick reference on the road into a fully fledged workspace for field staff and everyone who is not constantly at their desk.
